D. Daniel Rotenberg, M.D.


As a recent resident of Las Vegas, Dr. Rotenberg brings over 17 years of experience in sports medicine to the community. Specializing in operative and nonoperative care of the knee, shoulder, hip, ankle and elbow, as well as general orthopaedics, joint replacement and arthroscopic surgery, Dr. Rotenberg strives to treat every patient like he would treat a friend or family member.
Dr. Rotenberg is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, with subspecialty certification in Sports Medicine. He received his Bachelor of Science Medicine. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Northwestern University. He completed his medical degree at the University of Minnesota, followed by a surgical internship at Loyola University. Dr Rotenberg received advanced specialize training in sports medicine at Rush University in Chicago.
Before moving to Las Vegas to be closer to family, Dr. Rotenberg began his practice in Minnesota, most recently practicing sports medicine in San Diego. As a team physician for the San Diego Chargers professional football team, volunteer team physician for Madison high school football (San Diego) and committed volunteer, treating injured high school athletes through the San Diego Sports Medicine Foundation, Dr. Rotenberg used his unique communication skills to help professional, amateur and recreational athletes, and others suffering from orthopaedic conditions return to optimal function as quickly and safely as possible. Dr. Rotenberg specializes in Sports Medicine, Arthroscopic Surgery of Knees and Shoulders, and General Orthopaedics.
